A Hands-On Introduction to Echizen Pottery

Echizen Pottery Village is a collection of facilities where visitors can learn about, and experience, Echizen Pottery. Visit the Fukui Prefectural Museum of Ceramics, explore a park full of modern sculptures, or shape your own Echizen Pottery out of clay.

Mondays and the day after a public holiday (If a public holiday falls on a Monday, the following day will be closed instead). Year-end and New-year holidays (Dec. 28 to Jan. 4)

Fees

Permanent exhibition section: ¥300 (Adults) High-school-age students and under, and seniors over 70 are free of charge.
